Hi toto
in my understanding files are put in order. for example after B046xxxxxx then b047xxxxx comes. they follow this order of your application file AND the rest depends ON the completion of your documents i meant background check, others documents they will require to submit. in other word if they have everything in hand the cic has to follow the order for isssing you a visa
GOOD LUCK

A friend,

ok so what is ROLF? Is this the same as the RPRF or Right of Permanent Residence Fees? What do you mean you completed your medicals 3 months ago and you have not paid the ROLF yet?

Sambe,
Please elaborate, does this mean the actual background check is the documents submission? I mean so if you have a very very complete set of official documents then they just loom at it and that´s the background check already?

The ROLF is the old term for RPRF. Background check at least in the states is FBI fingerprints,

yes boloxis,
i completed my medicals 3 months ago and i have not paid the ROLF yet as there isn´t any instruction from the embassy for the ROLF. so, i should wait for an Email asking for the ROLF ?

hmm so you just recently started your application right? Well the last letter I got goes like this...

1. You are not required to attend an interview, you and your dependents must undergo medical examination (forms attached)

2. You are now required to pay RPRF (instructions attached).

3. You are now required to provide Police clearances.

Failure to provide requested documents within 60 days of the date of this letter may result in refusal of your application.

That´s it.
