| Subject: visa valide date and physical exam valide date |
I got my passport stamped today and it states the valide date of entry is until Jan 05. But I did my physical exam November last year. Should the last date of entry allowed be the validation date on the visa or the expiration date of the physical exam? Thanks.

Actually the validation date on the visa and the expiration date of the medical should be the same. As this is not true in your case you should follow the expiry date of the visa.
At times immigration officials give applicants some more time to land in Canada. In your case if they would not have done this you would only have a couple of weeks to land and immigration officials understand that.
