| Subject: passport needed? |

Hi,
I am ´a member of the humanitarian-protected persons abroad designated class´from the Netherlands, will move to Canada soon.
Since i am a refugee,my country of origin does´t give any assistance of getting passport and any other official documents, so I don´t have any paper at the moment.
Can I come back to the Netherlands after landed in Canada? Because I still have to take some exams at the university in the Netherlands.
It would be marvellous & thanks a lot!

Yes but you need to make sure you have the right paperwork (PR card? Not sure for H&C) to get back into Canada later.

But the dutch customs require a passport! Can I apply for a temporary passport?

Oh, sorry, misread your question. So you´re in Holland as a refugee and are moving to Canada. You don´t have any Dutch passport and you want to know how to reenter Holland without it. Right?
You can leave Canada and come back again, but I don´t know how you would get back into Holland. Essentially, it´s a question you have to ask Dutch customs, because it has nothing to do with Canadian immigration. Google around and see what you can find because unfortunately, this isn`t the right forum!

haha do you speak dutch or you are dutch? by the way, are there many dutch live CAnada?

Speak it, lived there for a while, liked it a lot but they´re having turbulent times... easy to get a job (much easier than here for me), great language, kind people, just miss the space that Canada has to offer!
I haven´t met many Dutch (none, actually, though I know of some). Some in BC esp. Fraser Valley. Als je verder in het nederlands wilt, ga je gang!
