Hi! guys,
Thanks for all the responses so far!! Here is another one. I am at this moment in the USA and waiting for police record from Nepal (my home country). The Nepal police is making some painful delays and there is still nothing in sight. Let´s say a month and a half more. I am also waiting for FBI fingerprints. All other preliminary documents are ready. Do you think I should apply in the meantime or just wait so that all documents can go with the application at the same time? I am not sure of "pros" for applying with everything at once.

Hi Prashant,
I was in a similar situation and I applied anyway. I provided some of the police records at a later date.
