Hi all,
We´re currently on H1B visa, and we have decided to leave the States sometime next year. Should we start the Canada immigration process now? How about if we transfer from Buffalo to our country(Asia Pacific) after we left? Anyone have the same experience? Please share...or write to me...

It is extremely difficult to transfer your file. Even if the immigration official decides to transfer your file it will get in queue. You will get a new file number and your file will be treated as a new case so you will have to start from scratch all over again.
If you are absolutely sure that you will move out of US in a year then apply now from your country of citizenship. If you can hang around in US for some more time you can apply from USA
