Subject: police record for dependent: affect imm. outcome?
  My application has been sent, AOR in Aug. 2005. If a dependent, my son, acquires a police record for domestic violence, then:

1) Will the CIC find out since FBI checks are only for applicant and spouce?

2) Would it affect our ability to immigrate?

3) Is there any obligation that I have to report the police record? It happened after AOR.
