| Subject: SW case reject bases on false infirmation |
My case is rejected on the bases of false information. I guess they will ban me for two years to apply again. can spouse file her immigration as she qualifies or she also have to wait for two years..........

what is your timeline J and where is your Visa office? Give more details of the "false info" you are talking about and maybe we can help, you don´t need to write actual data ok just the nature of it.

they said My one-year reference letter was issued to me after my company closed down. They found out about the company on inter net from some news channel website. which was technically true. but i was working with this company after that because where i was working was just an franchise. but later that parental company also closed so i have no corporation papers to prove how this company i was working structured.

Vampire, of course they thoroughly check, why do you think they ask you for your RPRF fees BEFORE they do background and security check? You should be relieved this is actually done.
J, why did you include your 1-year letter if that company is closed down? Do you need it to qualify anyways? Why dont you try to acquire personal income tax documents from your government and try an appeal, if what you say is really true.

yes i need that one year to qualify. the only mistake commited by me was.... that when the location was closed from I had my temprory work visa ( which say you can work at other location other then this )i should changed my visa restrication to the prental company and which I had tax papers and t4. I tried to show the Tax paper but she was not listinig as she was just keep saying that you have provided the wrong information.

Not listening? so by bringing the tax papers you mean to say you already did the appeal during your 1st interview or you had a 2nd interview for the appeal? Why do you work on a temporary work visa anyway? Did they ask you for an interview right from the start?

Many companies I worked got closed and dont exists.

it was my first interview. My capis notes sugest that they tried calling number on my refrence letter but it belongs to other company. As i said company I worked for closed by that time. so they searched at internet and found out from news channel. I was on Graduate work experience. That restrict me for that specifice location of the comapny. But at didn´t changed the my visa restrication and kept working for the parental company some wher has for little more time and that parental company also closed lack of funds. but the director gave me reffrence letter for one year which i thought help me to get job and i used it for immigration

Can you tell me where is the company located...is it in usa or, any other region..basically they dont call.
