Hi all,
I´ve sent my application to Rome and got my AOR on September 2005. I still haven´t gone through the medical exam requirements, fearing they may expire before a decision is made. When do applicants usually send their medicals?
The wait for Rome is approx. three years.

You´ll only need to undergo medicals if the Visa office sends you the medical instructions, this is usually near the end of your application time, not now. They´ll instruct you to go to a DMP, designated medical practioner, or in simple terms, a doctor in your area specifically licensed by your Visa office.
