Subject: Arranged Employment Holders
  Hi folks, I just got my LMO and has only a validity of 8 months, anybody with a similar situation?

What would happen if I wanted to wait until I got the PR to work on that position and the process took longer that those 8 months?

Sounds like if my employer would have to get a new LMO, any input? Thanks a lot.
