You applied from canada and your work experience is also from canada..right..If this is a situation then you have to talk to your director and take some refrence letters or anyother letter like appointment letters..
because i know convincing a cic is very difficult job..
If once they say no..it means no..you can also re appeal..

(in reply to: James) I did showed them my contract letter in which my parental company name sugest . But she said even if you are working for parental comapny how come they issued you letter on the Franchises name letter head. She said I made that she was not listining to anything as but to presureised me to say that that letter is false. thats it
