What is the time frame to get the PPR request from Buffalo consulate, after "medical received" status in e-client and subsequent payment of RPRF fee?

You are almost there! as long as your e-CAS shows " medical received" you should get it very soon!

I recieved PPR within 4 days after " Medicals Recieved" showed up on e client..
so hopefully urs should be in the mail and on the way...
