Yeah it is.. however some ppl got their IA after around 45 days from xfer letter..so let´s hope.
keep updating when u get urs..

I have already waited more than 45 days for IA. It Looks like that LA office is THE slowest office, following this trend, would the steps after IA be much slower as well? I guess the applicants living around LA are hopeless.
