| Subject: what is Best time to send PCC |
Hello Friends
I have applied to Buffalo in Nov 05, got AOR in Dec 05, Now I expect my IA by Sept - Nov 06, When should i send PCC, should i wait for IA or send it before, I am in Canada Applicant from India, Also i need to know how much time it takes to get PCC from Toronto Consulate

You cannot get a PCC from Toronto consulate. I think what you´re thinking about is RCMP clearance where you go get your fingerprints taken and send it to the RCMP office in Ottawa and they send it to your application processing office abroad. You should get that done about 4 or 5 months before you expect your IA. So, go get it done in May 2006. You should have sent all your PCCs from India with your original application. If you didn´t, wait until you get you IA, because they will probably ask for it then.
