Subject: Just ... a Case
  Just wondering, if a stateless person applies as a skilled worker and s/he scores the pass mark, and qualifies, instead of applying under humanitarian category, why should it take them so long and make it hard for the applicant? At least they should be aware of the situation and appreciate the person much more?????
