| Subject: Skilled Worker - Aunt for Adaptability Points? |

Hi all
I will soon be applying for immigration to Canada under the Skilled Worker category with my Common Law partner. My partner?s Uncle migrated to Canada about 20 years ago with his wife, but unfortunately he died around 10 years ago. She hasn?t remarried and so although she isn?t a blood relative, but an aunt my marriage, would it be possible for us to claim the 5 points for adaptability??
Its a tricky one - any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
