hi all,
I am in a very delciate situtation. My Study permits expires in June. I applied for PR thru Quebec(i.e after getting CSQ) and di my medicals on 21st october. Is there a way that I can ask CIC,buffalo if they would process my PR application before June? If I fax or email, would they reply me back?

Probably not. The only thing I can suggest is to apply to extend your stay in Canada or go home and wait for your PR to come through.
