My status says "started processing the file in sep 2004". I have submitted all the documents in June 2005(med+rolf+interview waiver) and got nothing till then. Any suggestion.thanks.

you could try emailing Buffalo and see if they respond. Though often as not their emails don´t mean crap. I emailed them as ask about my application, and they responded by saying my application was being processed but they could not estimate when it might be finished. I received their response a week after I had received the PPR in the mail. So don´t put too much stock in any answer you might receive.
I had a timelime similar to yours. I applied in August ´04 and only received my PPR a month ago. So don´t sweat it. I had done my medicals in late April. You say you did yours in June. I´d say you are due to receive a PPR sometime before May. Just hang in there.

I had a timeline similar to yours, my e-client says "started processing the file March 2005".I have submitted all the documents in august 2005 just like u med,rolf, new proof of funds and they ask for my original passport.............and nothing almost 7 months!
I sent and e-mail asking about mi passport ...this is the answer......

I also share a similar timeline. applied June 04 medicals april 05. send them new proof of funds. since oct 05 my e client status says medicals received. I have faxed them once and emailed twice. they did not respond to any of them.
