IA - Initial Assessment - Letter in a Visa Office Letterhead paper that states if you need an interview or your interview is waived, it requires you to pay RPRF fees, and states that you should undergo medical exams within 60 days. What does your letter say?

I think, if memory serves me, it also begins with the line "We have completed our assessment of your application." then mine went on to say "at this time it does not appear an interview is necessary" But whatever it says about an interview or medicals, that first line should be a clue.

registered letter from CHC states ".... you have met the passmark of 67 points of assessment..we expect to issue to you medical instructions sometime in 2007..". No mention of interview waiver.

How about it guys
