Hello everyone,
My brother is starting his studies in a month period and i would like to know the possibilities of him becoming a permanent resident. In orther words what is the fastest and the easiest way for him to become a PR? I have a motel in canada does it help in any way? can I sponsor him or offer him a job as a manager, for example?
Thanks for the adivce in advance.
Regards,

(in reply to: STUDENT VISA TO PERMANENT RESIDENT: HOW?) Well, you need to follow a process and get confirmation from HRSDC and also prove that you are not getting a Manager in local market, best way is to apply under SW category & he will gain additional points as you are already Canadian

(in reply to: STUDENT VISA TO PERMANENT RESIDENT: HOW?) I only make comment based on my knowledge.
There are ways you do not need to get HRDC, since he is student, he might qualify for co-op.
HRDC is pain in the ass process, they will check your relationship with your brother too.
you like it or not I couldn´t care less!
Anonymous, go and learn how to talk please

(in reply to: STUDENT VISA TO PERMANENT RESIDENT: HOW?) I would like to thank all of you for the input. I would also like to add that I am not a Canadian citizen yet. does that many any difference? Also it is not very difficult to prove that it is not easy to find a manger because it is a reality. People are not willing to put up with this type of work.
Thanks again everyone. More ideas are welcomed.
