Hello Guys:
Firstly congratulations on PPR.
I´m in a similar situation. Applied Feb 2004, waiting on BG Checks - same no association with any military or such organization. Just wanted to check where do you guys come from? India? and how many countries have you lived in?
Your case actually gives me hope!

We are from Russia and lived only there, however while being in Canada for last 5 years my husband traveled 2 times in US (conferences, no more then 5 days each time).
Hope it helps. BChecking is unpredictable, that´s for sure.When we´ll get our newest CAIPS (requested a month ago), I will write more.
