Subject: Canadian overstayed in US
  Hi everyone,

due to the complications with my husband?s case (to move to Canada), I am now and have been with him in the US since October, and plan to go to Canada for two days in April. Since I will have overstayed in US as a Canadian, and will be crossing the border by land (bus), do I run a risk of being found out of my overstay upon my return to US? What do I say to Canadians at customs, and what do I say to Americans when I return to US? When I crossed the border last time, I just showed them my citizenship card, but I don?t know if they wrote anything down, or if they share information with Canadians?

any stamp (in reply to: Canadian overstayed in US)
when u entered the US did they stamp your passport?
how long have you stayed in the US?
As acanadian citizen they will not bug you too much at the border (there is no US exit point).
Entering the US again depends on what they have on their system about you.
u can e-mail me dotan@canada4u.info
