I see that we have two categories in skilled worked category. Federal and Quebec. What is the difference and what are its adv and dis-adv? Can some one explain me this? Thanks in advance

If you are Quebec sponsored, then you will get processed rather quickly. But, to be a Quebec applicant, you have to speak some level of French and have interest/ knowledge of Quebec/ French.
You really need to visit the CIC site some, read their info, then come back and ask more questions. The CIC site will give you all of that info better than I.
