After all this wait...I finally received it !!! I am located in California and I was wondering if anyone has suggestions if I should drive from Seattle or fly to Vancouver, any advantages of one over the other....Also, if someone could tell me what to expect at the border would be great. Thanks for all the insight into the process and as always GOOD LUCK to all !!

2nd letter means Medicals? What additional Docs did they ask for?
That is fast - between medical request and passport request!!

Congrats first !! Did ur online status change at all? Did u apply under skilled worker category?? When were ur last set of documents recv´d by them?? Please share the details.

How much time CIC gave you on your VISA for landing to Canada? I´m still waiting but curious of date on VISA stamped. I´m Californian too....

Here are the answers :
1. Yep, I applied in the Skilled Worker category
2. I am the primary applicant.
3. Yep, the 2nd letter was the medicals and no addtl docs were asked for.
