hello,
first of all , thank you in advance for whoever will take the time to reply to this post:)
here is my situation , i applied in begining of 2003 to quebek first which i got the certificate of selection for then started the federal file ( don´t ask me why this way , coz i don´t know either)
everything went finme even though the background check took forvever and the medical expired a littke more than 6 months ago.
i went to buffalo, this morning after i received the letter requesting my passport to find to my surprise that they can not stamp my passport because my original quebec certificate of selection expired .
please if anyone had the same situTION OR KNOW WHAT to do please help

what did buffalo say on how to quickly renew this so you can get it stamped? I assume you personally asked somebody in buffalo on how to resolve this right?

yes
since i had used a lawyer´s office they asked me to let the lawyer apply for an extention .
they were really unhelpful:(
