This is Mandar Sathe from India. I have got my file no in March 2003 and waiting for some breaking news for my case.
Do you recommend me to go for CAIPS report ? Please advise me from where I can get it done.

Hey Mandy do not spend any money on CAIPS notes that will not help you in anyway ... Just be aware that applications from india are resulted in approximiately between 3-6 years...so just be patient...

You are almost half way through...Be patient and keep waiting. Meanwhile you can try Australia where you can learn some more english.
Breaking news usually depicts something like: "$ 975 RPR Fee was cut in half" as Harper promissed before elections...
