My interview on May 3, 2006 in LA and I?ve sent FingerPrint
to FBI on Feb. 03, 2006.
What I heard from this forum that it might take up to 12 weeks,
is it CORRECT?
What can I do to expedite the process?

I think it is 6 weeks not 12,

I hope you wrote the deadline by which you need the report on the envelope. I have thus far requested for two reports and it had always arrived before the deadline I wrote on the envelope

I understand what I should have done, But I´ve sent FingerPrint card already to FBI.
Now what can I do to get the FBI report before my deadline.

Optimistic,
Please call the FBI office were you have sent the application and request them to expediate it by telling your urgent situation. That´s the best way i guess. You can find the phone number from the website. Normally they say it takes 6-8 weeks to process. Here is the link which might come handy:

IT takes between 6-10 weeks from the date they (FBI) receive the application.
I applied Jan end and I´m still waiting. I had called them up, they said I should receive it next week. I had requested expedite etc etc. on the application....
Its basically luck, some people have got it back in 4 weeks too, so my advice, apply asap and prepare for the worst.

I did not request expediated processing, still got it in 4 weeks.

we have sent fingerprint cards to fbi in fifth of may and we hope we receive the result befor the deadline which is 28 jun 2006 me and my wife the letter traking number is RT 969829131 CA
