| Subject: Can I Go for Immigration Stamping while on H1 ? |

Hi Friends,
I have got Canada Immigration visa before 3 months, and after that i also got US H1 Visas. I have just come to US before 3 days. and I have just applied for SSN No here.
Now my question is can i go to Canada for Immigration Stamping and can come back to US again within 2 days ? Is it possible to come back to US without having SSN No as i have just applied OR should i wait for SSN No and then can i go to Canada for 2 days and can i come back ?
Also one more question, Will it be ok if i stay there for 2 days and give address of my Friend to post PR, so that my friend can post me my PR card later on.
Pls tell me i m very confused.

yes you can go to Canada and come back to US

SSN number has got nothing to do with comeing back to USA.Id this is your first stamoing of H1 visa then you have to be careful.There might be a posibility that you may be asked to go to your country of origin..Check with NVARS.You find there number on website.the calls are chargeable

does this mean that i cannot go to Canada from US ? I have to go through my coutry of origin even if i m having valid Canada Immigration Visa and H1B visa with multiple entries ?
