| Subject: need advise - visiting Canada from USA |
I am married to a US Citizen in US and I am waiting for my Green Card. I came from India on K visa and got married within 90 days as required.
How do I get visitor Visa for Canada?
Will I be allowed to travel back to USA after visiting Canada?
Please advise.I am in Michghan

Because you are from India (not a US Citizen) you will need a visa to visit Canada: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.html

I dont know if you will be allowed back into the US... I am not familiar with that issue; sorry. I would contact US immigration to find out.

Apply for visa at canadian consulate in US and make sure to provide them proof of your status in US. When you re-enter USA from canada you will have to show the same proof to the
officers at the border to ensure hassle-free re-entry in US.

We are planning a trip to Toronto this Fall. What do we need as ID. Do we need a Visa or a passport?
