HI,
I HAVE POSTED BEFORE BUT I WANTED MORE IDEAS. MY BORHTER IS STARTING HIS ESL CLASSES IN MAY 1ST. HE HAS A BACHELOR DEGREE AND WANTED TO STUDY ANY PROGRAM THAT HELPS HIM TO GET A PR IN THE FUTURE. NOW, I HAVE A MOTEL( SMALL ONE).IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE HIM A MANAGER JOB.

hey carlo..
From my point of view your brother has to completehis ESL program first and apply for any management course that has to be linked with motel for 1yr and after that apply for work permit or apply for HRSDC..thats a first option.
Second option if your borther is having a somekind experience back home--at least 1yr paid full time exp.then he should apply now or after few months.
at the time of getting his pr or assessment of PR ,may be he is on the last mode of completing his studies or completed fully,so he get more points and as well as he can apply for work permit or HRSDC as you have a motel so i dont think that he will get any trouble in getting these things...

Any employment is to be in relation to his studies. Once he has one year employment or a full time job offer run to the province with a provincial nominee program. The certificate will give him 15 additional points and some provinces promise employment. Any nominee is to show an intention to reside in that province but once Landed they can move to another province if they so desire.
