I got my medicals and I am from US California. I came to know that it is $410 per applicant for medicals. It should be for myself and spouse. It is v costly for me. What can I do here? What is the usual cost in USA. Any alternaitrves to this cost. Please advise me.

It varies from doctor to doctor ranging anywhere from $300 to $500. Try calling all the doctors near your area and ask for the price.
I am on east coast and i paid $345 for myself.
