Hello,
Hope someone can help answer my questions:
1. After landing, do I have to apply Medical Insurance card and SIN card in person?
2. If I land in B.C., can I leave an Ontario address to receive the PR card? Medical Card and SIN card?

SIN Cards and PR card are Federally administered so you should be able to give them you mailing address in Toronto.
Health insurance are handled by the province and your have to be resident in the province to apply HI. You are required to be in the province for 90 days before the insurance is activated

Katrina - Thanks you. Can you also tell me do I have to apply SIN in person? or I can just mail the form to certain agency?

I´m going to be landing in B.C. but i am providing my cousins address in Calgary as I don´t have a place to stay as yet. Will they send it to the address in calgary and are the applications available at the port of entry? would appreciate your help in this regard?
