Hello people, i hope you can help me out with a dilema...I am married and both of us are pakistani citizens. I am also a american permanent resident (Green Card) holder, residing in the USA offcourse. I would like to apply for Canadian Immigration as a skilled worker. My question can i apply with my wife on the same application so we both can get approved together. Eventhough she does not live in US, can anyone tell me how can this work out for us...and where will i send my application to. Many thanks in advance.

yes Kami you can and must apply together, actually if you are legally married both of you cannot apply separately. You can only have 1 file # unless you are legally divorced. The principal applicant, I assume you, will have to apply in the country´s visa office where you currently live and can stay for more than a year regardless of where your spouse is.
