We applied under Skilled Immigration in 2002 and had our interview in July´02. We have submitted all the FBI,police, medical reports, and landing fees.
How long will the wait be after this?
We are currently in the U.S. and are thinking of going to Canada under Temp. Resident Visa with ´dual intent´ and waiting there before all gets final. Is that a good move?

Can you please verify your dates of application and interview (It does not seem right)? Where did you apply from and where did you do the interview?
Have you already applied for TRV?

We filed our application in Buffalo, NY in Sept. 2002. We had our interview in Los Angeles in July, 2004. After the interview, we submitted all the remaining documents (FBI report, national police report) and our landing fees alongwith proof of funds in Sept. 2004.
Questions:
1. How long is the wait now to hear the final result?
2. Can we apply for TRV and go to Canada with dual intent and wait there?
