It may also be a quality assurance interview, especially since your last CAIPS showed "file ready for visa", it would be difficult to assume that this is a security interview. This is just my guess. Quality assurance interviews are when random files are selected and reassed for compliance; like an auditing to make sure that visa officers are following CIC policies and guidlines when processing applications. The sad part is that these further delay the process. They should at least offer people an idea of when interview will take place, instaed of leaving people in limbo while waiting for a date.
Man, I can´t imagine how you feel..but stay positive, and just follow their instructions.
