I received it on Dec. 30, 2005.

Hi Cedy, I am from China and I spent my last five years in Canada. Maybe that helps a little bit. Hope you get your PPR soon.

Can you write out some more things about your case, if you don´t mind that is. Did you apply as an independent Federal Skilled Worker? Where did you apply from? What nationality are you? What is your status now in Canada? Student or post-grad work permit? Thanks.
