1) Where I can find the appeal form on the cic website or if it is not there, where I can download it?
2) How much it costs?
3) what is the average processing time?

I forgot to ask: I just heard about the appeal process after 17 months so I wonder if it is too late to fill it...

APPEAL WHAT (in reply to: Appeal)
Please explain what you´re appealing. Going to the Federal court has little chance of success. Going to the IAD for a spousal refusal has a better then 60% success rate.
