After I order CAIPS, I found out they have never put my work permit and language units in my file.
With CAIPS, there was a CIC correction form. I just wanna give a shot, see if I can correct that in local cic office.
The answer is NO!!!
Local CIC headquarter can only correct mistake like "name spell wrong" "gender" "sponsor" stuff.
I still have to deal with Buffalo, can not deal with their boss.
WTF? It supposes to be one department, for we live in Canada, why I have to deal with far far far away people who are living outside Canada and mess up my stuff,
couldn´t receive my language scores for twice.
CIC regional privacy coordinator suggests that I can only contact with Buffalo to deal with disagreement.
Tips for you guys, if there were any name spelling, sponsor mistake, you can deal with regional office in Canada. Of course you have to live in Canada, otherwise they won´t release any information to you, not even CAIPS

Huh, thatz really sad DB.
But don´t get frustrated. Keep cool, the thing is, if you shout at them, it makes it more worse.
Get hold of some contact person in CIC or wotever( by calling the person) and try to sort things out.
I don´t know what to say, may be experts in the forum might help.

atleast u r in CANADA and can ge the CAIPS and know whts goin on ....
