Very interesting and thanks for posting. Something like that happened with my uncle. Exactly the samething, until his spouse came to Canada, and called off the marriage within three days of arriving. But that was in 1996. Do you think he can still sue her and how? He is not that educated and so he didn´t bother, but that got him into depression. I was not here in Canada at that time. Anyway, I don´t think anyone deserve that kind of ill treatment.

Well, even though it happened long time ago I think he can try. if he want to. Lawyer will do anything to get a case.
