For the college or university documents including completion and the graduation degree, diploma issued by the college of univerity, can I simply provide the photocopies of those documents or I have to provide any kind of certified photocopy, because it seems hard for me to include the original documents with the application.

All photocopies should be notorized by notory public or may be certified from your issuing institute. It is not advisable to send plain photocopies as CIC my return your application on that basis alone.
