I just have a few questions for you:
what does your e-client status say? And did you or your husband try calling the Bucharest office?

Bucharest processing time-frame (in reply to: TO "A WIFE" REGARDING BUCHAREST OFFICE)
Hi guys,
I´m in the process of sponsoring my wife. I submitted the application to Missisaga on September 1st and to my great suprise I received the confirmation in a month saying that the it had been sent to Bucharest Visa office for further processing. Later me and my wife decided to spent Christmas together and she went to Embassy for a visitor visa. Unfortunattely she was denied it for a reason that the her immigration was coming to the end and there wasn´t any sense to go for a visit as she could go to Canada for good very soon. They mentioned also that they were waiting for me to pay Right for Landing Fee that I have paid upon receiving the letter about it. Now I´m waiting to hear from them on final decision. Forgot to mention that they started processing my wife´s application on Octomber 25.
