Police Certificate of good conduct? Police clearance? I´m sure they´ll know what you are talking about.

If you check the internet you can print the forms off direct and apply to the UK.

You need a money order / cheque for ?10.

They will send them back to You in Canada no probs.

By law they have to provide an answer in 40 days.

Cheers

Andy

Police CErtificate/London (in reply to: British Police Clearance, not in UK ?)
Hey man, I did it before you, so here what you have to do.

First of all, log into the Scotland Yard police headquarteres to locate the nearest police station to your residence in London. After that contact that police station asking them for Data Protection Act by which you are eligible to get held information about you in the MI5. there are a couple of forms to fill, you send the applications along with a certified copy of your passport, address slip and 10 GBP..and within 25 days they will forward the clearence to Canada or to wherever address you conclude

Best of luck

RE : NEED A BRITISH POLICE CLEARANCE FOR IMMIGRATION TO THE USA. (in reply to: British Police Clearance, not in UK ?)
I lived and worked in the UK, on a workpermit during the periods 2004 - 2006, and therefore I need a british police clearance for the purposes of immigration because I lived outside the border of my own country South Africa, for two consecutive years. I need this document for a pending immigration application to the USA, but I am presently back i South Africa. How do I go about obtaianing the same. 27840889961 / 27 41 3600291. I phoned the British Embassy some time ago and, they have said I have got to be physically in London, in order to apply for the police clearance.
