Check out the site www.sponsoryourparents.ca and understand that Missisauga Case Processing Centre will keep your money for 27 months before they approve you as a sponsor. Then the file is sent to the visa post were your parents are. The same information is in two parts on the CIC web site. Inland process and overseas process.
