IA - Apr 2006, dated 13th.
Seattle sent me medical forms, asked me to submit letter from employer stating activities from employment date, FBI records, ROPF, Proof of funds, tax returns from last 3 years and evidence of current assignment.
I am working on submitting those.

Are you US applicant or in canada? If US, I really don´t understand why they ask FBI agaain if someone is not in US any more.
