My file was transferred from Buffalo to New York City on 8th Mar. I received my IA later in the month of March & completed my Medicals & sent the right of landing fee.
I Moved from Connecticut to Ohio Beginning of April, Now if I change the address with CIC will they move my file from New York City to Detroit

I don´t think so. I saw some people getting transferred to the farthest consulate in US. so, it is very unlikely that they will change yours.
