| Subject: proof of being a parent |

I did submit my application on 12/04, AOR march 2005. There was a typo error on the birth certificate of my daughter and now they are asking me to show them a proof that i am my daughter´s parent. Guys advice me as to what to do about this. I only have 90 days to do this.

Get a new birth certificate , along with a affidavit if possible..
