| Subject: study permit to spouse sponsorship |

i am currently studing in a university in ontario on a study permit. i´ll be marrying my relative living in montreal (quebec) soon, but we wont be staying togather because of financial constraints and our study commitment. my study permit ends in less than (2) years, can anybody suggest how can my wife sponsor me while i am in canada on study permit. will i have to go back to my country (Pakistan) for applying and processing, or can my application be processed here, cause i heard that i have to go back an apply from Pakistan. any idea how it works?

it´s acceptable in their culture and cic knows that .. it shouldn´t be a problem..
you should be able to apply via inland sponsorship however keep in mind that you will not be able to leave the country until you receive your PR otherwise you could jeapordize your case ..
also, i don´t think cic will look too favorably at the fact that you and your wife are not living together .. you have to live together after marriage and proove a real and genuine relationship for them to grant you PR . .

what if i get accomodation for couples in my uni and tell them we are living togather.. will it work.. casue wont be coming too often to see me
