Could you tell me the minimum canadian dollar bank draft need to be shown on the day of landing to the immigration officer at Toronto airport for a family of four (husband, wife and two children below 12 years)
Apart from above what are the other requirements related to first landing need to be fulfilled at the airport?

if you do not have arranged employment, CIC requires a family of 4 to have $17,727 in funds that can be spend on living expenses. Depending on where you go... you can anticipate your funds will last 4-6 months.
