Hi i was wondering just exactly how I can speak to an immigration officer rep from the phone number given: 1-888-24-2100, I´ve tried many times and always it leads to more numbers to press and not be able to speak with one. My situation is more complex than the automated telephone system can handle, where can I reach them!! please help!! thanks

Push ´1´ for English, then after the first level of choices, push ´0´ for an agent. They don´t tell you that option in their menu, but it works... I´ve used it many times ;)

be careful though..the agents don´t know what they are talking about 90% of the time..they have given me wrong information in two seperate occassions...
