Hi all,
Can anyone please tell me how to contact the consulate in bufallo for my passport i mailed them on april 3rd still didn?t get it back. how should i contact them, any info will be greatly appreciated.

Wait for 2 more weeks it normally takes anywhere between 20-30 days

From our experience- you need to wait till the end of the April, and you will get it. It takes approximately 28 days to get them back, even thought in their letter it says 15 days.
We sent our passports on March 20th, they reached Buffalo on March 22d, the got them back on April 20th, and today we landed. GREAT feelings! We are so happy!
Wait for a week and you´ll see. :)
