Olga, I think what you showed me was the best option, to land before the kid is born, and then when the kid is born in USA, I will apply for his/her PR from within or outside Canada. Now my doubt is that if we actually go to Canada I guess the kid will not have any medical benefits till it gets the PR right ?

Hi Raj!
I have a lack of knowlegde about your particular situation.
But I know that if one person has work here and if he is not permanent resident he can apply for the provincial medical health care insuarance for his dependant child(not PR too) and recieve it in 3 months and his health benefits cover his child too. That´s for sure. Hope it helped.
